New node: offline

Hello, 20 minutes ago I just followed all the steps on the STORJ page. That includes that I already did the opening of TCP ports. However, the node appears offline to me and when I use https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/
The closed message appears to me.
I need help.

Does your machine has static IP?
Is port forwarded to the right IP?
Check your firewall.
What do you see in storagenode log’s ?

My ISP has a dynamic IP. My pc has IP designated by the router through the DHCP server.
I did open port 28967 directed to the IP of my PC.
My firewall is disabled and the port 28967 is added
I don’t know how to see the storagenode logs

I’m talking about local network and static IP from your DHCP server.

For log’s If it’s linux, run this command:

docker logs -f --tail 40 storagenode
or
sudo docker logs -f --tail 40 storagenode

Is your dynamic DNS workign good? Try to ping orionnodestorj.ddns.net and see if it’s really your external IP.

I would try restarting your node and see if that fixes it I dont see many errors other then the ping to satellite 118 because its shutdown.
