I would recommend replacing the DDNS name with the WAN IP for testing; you can do this in the config.yaml file and then restart the node. The name resolution doesn’t seem to be working correctly.

I did some more investigating as the open port on 28967 is not storagenode software. It looks to be something else. Please double check your port forwarding rule(s) and also the local Windows Firewall which should allow both incoming and outgoing traffic on that port - Pingdom
