Lately I have noticed that does is not growing anymore.
node size is set to 9.8tb, overused 0B
If i set disk space to 9.7, i get 95gb overused and still 300gb free space:
Hard Drive still has around 700GB free space
What would be explanation for it?
A few people have noticed their nodes don’t seem to completely fill: they stop with some space left.
I don’t know why: if I had over 9TB used-space I’d be happy to even get that much! 
It includes the reclaimable space to the free space amount. The new version has a fix around that.
Is there a way to reclaim reclamable space manually before the fix is out?

It is not clear for me, what exsctly needs to be done baswd on post You provided. Due to the amount of free time and energy i have lately - i will not be sble to dive into the “geek stuff” for the moment.
Is there an issue tracking number for this to see, when will it be merged to release?
Then please leave it as is, it will fix itself.
I had that happen to one of my nodes after a space resize.
Eventually the “overused” went away after a week or two.
in my case - overused space disappeared, yes. However free space was always around 400GB, for more than a month
