Found this (Filezilla Free)

  1. Create new bucket
  2. Upload a file
  3. Cancel upload some time while uploading
  4. Observe filename appears in remote bucket
  5. Exit remote bucket
  6. Return into remote bucket
  7. Observe, Result: Bucket appears as empty
  8. Exit bucket
  9. Try to delete bucket.

Reproducible result (tried 2 times so far) : Bucket cannot be deleted. Error message: Failed to remove bucket, bucket not empty
